Neon Drift League

Neon Drift League is pure arcade racing with a heavy focus on sliding around corners. Cars handle loose on purpose, and the whole game is about chaining drifts for boost. It's flashy and fast without being overwhelming.

The tilt steering is well-tuned, but the tap-to-steer option is what won me over — two zones on the screen and a dedicated drift button. It removed the awkwardness a lot of mobile racers have. Frame rate held steady on my main phone even with effects turned up.

Fair warning: this one heats up your device and drains battery quickly. It's the price of a good-looking racer. I'd call it a plugged-in game for anything longer than a quick race or two.
